Managing conflicts of interest
Cinassur has put in place a conflicts-of-interest policy to identify, prevent and manage situations liable to harm its clients' interests. That policy rests in particular on identifying the risk of conflict in advance, on organisational measures, and on informing the client where a conflict cannot be avoided.
A summary of this policy is available on request from our offices, as is the detail of the measures taken in a specific situation. For any request: info@cinassur.be.
Nature of our remuneration
For its insurance distribution activities, Cinassur is in principle remunerated by commission, which is included in the premium paid by the client to the insurance company.
Where applicable, and transparently, Cinassur may also charge fees directly to the client for certain specific services. In that case the nature and the amount of that remuneration are communicated to the client beforehand.
Any further information on the nature of the remuneration linked to a particular policy can be obtained on request.
