You, the policyholder
The person or company in whose name the policy will be drawn up. This is also where we send the offer.
Cover you want
We start here: the cover you choose determines what information is needed about the vehicle.
Drivers
Add every driver of the vehicle. The main driver is the one who drives most often.
Your ID card and licence already carry your surname, first name and date of birth: no need to retype them.
You need to be able to trace the last five years without a gap: if you changed insurer, attach one record per insurer. An uncovered period weighs heavily on the premium, as some insurers then price as though no experience could be proven.
Vehicle
The registration certificate or application already carries the make, model, fuel, power, date of first registration and chassis number.
Annual mileage is not on your documents. Some pay-per-kilometre policies offer a discount, but going over can bring an excess if you are at fault in a claim.
Your current insurance
Optional, but very useful for comparing precisely and reusing your details without retyping everything.
How urgent is it
So we can prioritise your request properly.
Ideally they cover five consecutive years, without a break : one record per insurer if you changed. Optional when you apply, they must be provided within thirty days of the policy being confirmed. Without them, or with a gap in the history, some insurers reprice as though no insurance experience could be proven: the impact on the premium is significant.
Copies of licences, ID cards and claims records are sent to us by email and then deleted from the site: nothing is kept on the platform. They stay in our secure mailbox for as long as it takes to prepare your offer.
